Take 17S to Jacksonboro. In Jacksonboro bear right and take Highway 64. Continue straight on Highway 64W towards Walterboro (approximately 17 miles). At the first stoplight, take a RIGHT onto Robertson Boulevard. In about 2 miles you will see Colleton Medical Center on your right. Turn RIGHT into the third entrance (Medical Park Drive). Follow this road until the second and last entrance on the left. You will see the Colleton Medical Arts Building ahead. Turn RIGHT and go around Colleton Medical Arts Building. Please park in the rear of the building.

Take Highway 21 to Highway 17 N. Stay on Highway 17N until you reach Highway 303. Take Highway 303 toward Walterboro. Turn RIGHT onto Highway 63 ( Jefferies Boulevard). You will pass a McDonalds on your LEFT. At the second stop light after you pass McDonalds take a LEFT onto Robertson Boulevard. . Colleton Medical Center will be on your right. Turn RIGHT into the third entrance ( Medical Park Drive). Follow this road until the second and last entrance on the left. You will see the Colleton Medical Arts Building ahead. Turn RIGHT and go around Colleton Medical Arts Building. Please park in the rear of the building.

Take I-26 toward Charleston until you reach I-95. Take I-95 South (toward Savannah). Get off on Exit 57 and turn LEFT onto Highway 64 ( Bells Highway). At the first stop light (Reid’s Grocery store will be on your left) turn LEFT onto Robertson Boulevard. Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn LEFT into the first road beside Colleton Medical Hospital, which is Medical Park Drive. Follow this road until the second and last entrance on the left. You will see the Colleton Medical Arts Building ahead. Turn RIGHT and go around Colleton Medical Arts Building. Please park in the rear of the building.
TRAVEL TIME:  Allow at least 1 Hour and 45 Minutes from Columbia and at least 1 Hour from Orangeburg

Take Hwy/US-78 East until you get to SC-61.  Turn RIGHT onto SC-61.  Continue to follow SC-61 unto you come to I-95.   Take the ramp onto I-95 South.  Take Exit 57 (SC-64 toward Lodge/Walterboro).  After you exit turn LEFT onto Highway 64.    Turn LEFT at the second stop light (this is Robertson Boulevard) . Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn LEFT into the first road beside Colleton Medical Hospital, which is Medical Park Drive. Follow this road until the second and last entrance on the left.
