The South Carolina AHEC Nursing, Dental and Medicine Career Academy

The South Carolina AHEC Nursing, Dental and Medicine Career Academy is designed to increase the acceptance, retention, and graduation rates of under-represented minority and disadvantaged students to nursing, dental and medicine training programs in South Carolina. The Academy is conducted in collaboration with the MUSC College of Nursing, College of Dental Medicine, College of Medicine and Library and are generally held the first week of June. A limited number of undergraduate students are accepted for the Academy. Applications are available in the Spring at www.scahec.net/hcp/hcp.html
