Registration: Pre-registration is required so Lowcountry AHEC can guarantee that space, materials, and refreshments will be available. Please feel free to call with any questions at 843-782-5052.
Participants may register in a number of ways

In general, registrations are due no later than one week prior to a program.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of or immediately following registration. Receipt of payment confirms your registration. Payment may be made by a mailed check or by PayPal via website registration. NOTE: If you want to pay by paypal for multiple participants, please call Kelly Wynn at 843-782-5052 prior.
Substitutions and Cancellations
Please make every attempt to contact Lowcountry AHEC as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a program. Refunds will not be given for a cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the program. Substitutes are acceptable for all programs with notification. Registration fees will be refunded if a program is cancelled. Lowcountry AHEC reserves the right to cancel a program.
Photo Statement
Photographs of participants attending Lowcountry AHEC Continuing Education programs may be taken. Please note that your comments and photographs may be used for publicity purposes only. Your image may be released to local, regional, and/or statewide publications in an effort to gain recognition for the program. Your statements and photographs may be used in a variety of AHEC brochures produced for program recruitment purposes. You will not be compensated for the publications of your statements or photographs.
Continuing Education Credit
All programs offered by Lowcountry AHEC meet SC AHEC Continuing Education Best Practice Standards. Participants must attend 90% of the program to receive a certificate. No partial credit will be given.
Note: For type of credit and number of contact hours, please refer to the descriptions of the specific program.
Certificates
Professional continuing education certificates are made available at the end of each program. There is a $5.00 charge for each duplicate certificate and for mailing certificates which were not picked up at the program. Payment must be received before requests can be processed.
