    Health Carreers Academy

The Health Careers Academy (HCA) is four years of interactive, academic based activities designed to encourage more minority and disadvantaged students to enter health careers.

Activities demonstrating the use of communication, math and science among practicing health professionals make up the curriculum specifically designed for future health professions students of South Carolina.

The HCA strives to enhance the diversity in the healthcare workforce by introducing minority students to educational and professional opportunities in healthcare.
